How the analysis works
PakarFantasy reads public FPL data and runs a small, documented model. Same inputs always give the same result. Projections are estimates, not guarantees.
Squad readiness (0–100)
Our own index of how prepared your squad is for a specific window of gameweeks. It is not FPL points, not a rank and not a chance of winning. Scores for different windows can’t be compared.
For each gameweek we pick your best starting XI, then score four things:
Minutes & availability (40%): how much of each match your starters are expected to play, using recent minutes and FPL injury news.
Fixture outlook (25%): how easy your starters’ matches are, using official FPL difficulty (a missing match counts as 0, a double can reach the maximum).
Captain options (20%): your best captain estimate compared with the best estimate of any player that week.
Bench cover (15%): whether your substitutes are likely to play (first sub counts most).
If important data is missing, we lower the confidence or don’t show a score — we never fill gaps with made-up numbers.
Player estimates
Expected minutes = availability × share of team minutes × 90. Recent gameweeks count most.
Expected points = expected minutes share × season points per 90 minutes (pulled towards the position average for players with few minutes) × a fixture factor from official FPL difficulty.
Availability uses FPL’s own status and chance of playing. Players without a published return date are assumed out for the window.
Double gameweeks add matches; blank gameweeks add nothing. Unfinished matches are never treated as final.
The team estimate on the pitch adds up your starting XI’s estimates for the next gameweek, with the captain counted twice (the vice-captain if the captain isn’t expected to play).
Transfers
We only consider legal, affordable moves for your confirmed squad: same position, max 3 per club, cost covered by your bank plus selling price.
A transfer must beat saving it (a saved free transfer is worth about 1.5 points of flexibility). A points hit must clear an extra 2-point margin. Often the best advice is to save.
For monthly goals we protect your season points unless you choose otherwise, and show the cost in both tables.
Rules we checked
Squad size, positions, club limit, chips and their windows, months and free transfer limits are read from official FPL data each time.
Hits cost 4 points. Official monthly tables don’t deduct hits taken for a month’s first gameweek (we verified this against real FPL monthly standings).
